Traffic & Mobility Consultants LLC (TMC) is managed by Mr. Mohammed Abdallah, a Florida registered Professional Engineer (PE) and a certified Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE).
TMC and its principal have been involved in over 500 local transportation projects covering the spectrum in scope and complexity. We have assisted in obtaining development approvals for new and redevelopment projects statewide, we have successfully negotiated mitigation plans and agreements on behalf of our clients, and we have successfully completed numerous designs and traffic operations plans to enhance traffic conditions for our clients and the motoring public.
